The Independence Day celebration at LOYOLA ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL VIJAYAPURA on August 15, 2024, was a significant and joyous event. The occasion was graced by our chief guest, Mrs. Kashibai Jalawadi, the Physical Director of Loyola School, who hoisted the national flag and delivered an inspiring speech on the importance of Independence Day. The program was presided by Fr. Santhosh Fernandes SJ, who also shared his thoughts on the occasion. Students took the lead in anchoring the event, delivering a warm welcome, and giving the vote of thanks. The celebration included stirring speeches by students, who expressed their reflections on the significance of Independence Day, making the day memorable for everyone present. Later a group of students, including those from Scouts and Guides visited Dr B.R Ambedkar Stadium Vijayapura for the celebration of Independence Day.
